Removing ink

Postby Bubdoggy » April 16th, 2008, 8:34 am

Thought I'd pitch this out again. I've looked at some of the threads on ink removal and bought some M30 to try removing old names from gloves. There's been varying amounts of success (depending on the type of ink, I would guess). I saw the post about the gum eraser as well.

Anyone have anything else they would recommend? I've got an old beater I'm experimenting on.

Also, are there opinions on applying the ink remover? I'm using an old T-shirt for most of it (as well as applying Fast Orange for the general cleaning) but I got out an old suede brush to do a little more "heavy-handed" cleaning.

Thanks,
Scott
