I recently came into possession of two absolutely beautiful Wilson A2000 gloves from what I approximate to be 1987 and 1988, respectively, and would like to rehome them to a collector who can appreciate them in their unused state.
The 11.5" LHT Wilson A2000 XLC "A2002" Pro Stock glove is stamped JAPAN AKP on the pinky, indicating that the glove was manufactured in October 1987--7 months after the updated Shigeaki Aso design debuted at Spring Training. Other than a few subtle water spots, the glove is in "like new" condition with no creases, no wear, no signs of oil.

The 12" RHT Wilson A2000 "A2800" first baseman's mitt is stamped JAPAN AAV on the pinky, indicating it was manufactured in May 1988. It is in even more pristine condition -- if that's possible -- than the A2002. It has the Pro Sleeve finger cover for the index finger.

Both gloves have clearly never seen a game of catch. They are truly museum quality pieces, and I hope they go to a collector of Wilson/Japanese/Deadstock gloves who can appreciate the craftsmanship and artistry that went into these.
I am currently asking $500 ea or $900 for the pair. Willing to consider reasonable offers. More images upon request.
