1930's Lou Gehrig basemitt made by Mizuno!!! Sure, it's not in perfect condition, but definitely a one-of-a-kind mitt. Don't know if Gehrig was paid or had an endorsement contract with Mizuno, but there is a connection. During the 1934 Tour of Japan, Lou lost his mitt and the Mizuno company provided a replacement for him to use. That mitt remains, to this day, at the US embassy in Tokyo. SOLD
Let's move some gloves... prices cut 20% on the previously listed gloves that remain available. Contact me at MrMitt@yahoo.com if you're interested. Thanks! Jerry
A few of the un-sold items posted above will be listed on eBay this evening. If you've been "on the fence" about buying something, perhaps you can get it cheaper in an auction setting. In the coming weeks, eventually all of the items that haven't sold here will be put on eBay. So, if you're interested, either shoot me an email at MrMitt@yahoo.com or take your chances at auction.
