yea, maybe it was just the kids who were using them, but we used to have people bring them back to the store, expecting a brand new glove. The Wilson rep would have to come out to the store and put a new wire in dial.

The new ones (On my A2K 1955 gamer) dont have that button and pull tab. The new ones you just turn left or right. Havent had any issues with it, so it has worked well for me. The old one's however, were a disaster. The wire would always snag on stuff and stretch ect. Go for a new DFS glove.

Not sure if this helps but after reading this post I remembered seeing this link a while back for a replacement dial. Under the first heading for customer service click the link for online customer service. Once in there just search for DFS system.
