Replaced Grey Eagle Glove

Postby yankees23 » December 3rd, 2008, 10:27 pm

Here are the pictures of the glove that Rawlings sent to replace my old Gray Eagle glove that had the crotch seperating problem and poor stitching.
The Original glove is the Grey colored glove and the new one is the Black.

Looks like you got a better deal in return. I like the black and the glove looks like it made better.

Thats a sweet deal you got there. Who did you call to have it replaced? Did you have to send back the original? Also, what model number is the new one? PROS237KB?

Yes, I had to send it back to Rawlings I had to call and get a return # and then sent it back to be looked at and then they had to aprove it to be replaced. The entire glove is black with grey laces. The glove is much better made the leather is harder and the stitching seems to be done much better, hopefully the finger crotches hold up that is my bigest concern with the Rawlings gloves now a days. I also love the inprinted leather this way the labels will never wear out. It did take a while I sent it in to them in September and just got the glove on Monday but it was worth the wait.
