That looks like the blue Tanner's lace to me.

Sorry fellas (and gal), but I do not understand what the interest is in colored laces. I can live with tan and black (did you know that this trend started when Griffey Jr.'s black glove needed re-lacing and his trainer did not have any black laces?), but some of these colors I feel make gloves look cheap.

Is it that you like the customization of the glove? Am I too traditional?

I have five USA HOHs dating from 1985 to 1990. This fact might show my preference toward the standard tan glove. When ever I re-lace a glove with the tan laces they come out looking new and clean. Look at Cusser's gloves fixed by Kenny. They look fantastic with the corresponding lace color.

Maybe I am venting a little (because I get frustrated when I see beautiful gloves not looking so hot with blue, red or chocolate laces), so please help set me straight on this.

me either. i have red and blue available on my website because I have occasional demand for the colors. otherwise, i prefer either tan or black, and prioritize function over style.

Believe it or not, I had my PRO-TB relaced after about 15 years in blue and now that I have done it I regret it. I to would like to and will when I get a chance change it back to the original black color.

I found this one in a local store. It had been sitting there for 15 years!

I'll try a post other pics when my wife comes back with the camera.
