This is my baby. Use this one mainly just for pitching so it's in great shape.

My "home-made custom". Wanted to keep my Mizuno collection going so i put an M patch on there. Dont really know what to do with the stiched on "Rawlings." This is just a Player Preferred model, but I've gotten a lot out of it for the money, and i like my gloves pretty flimsy for the OF.

Havent use this one in a game yet. Custom SAF glove. Excellent leather and awesome smell. It's taking me forever to break in and feel comfortable enough to use in a game.

NICE

Very nice!

How is that Mizuno Classic Pro? Is it a nice glove? Hows the leather? I was thinking of making a custom classic pro and I just wanted a little input on the feel of it.

The SAF looks really good too!

Pics of custom Rawlings

Postby samgonzo » November 2nd, 2008, 11:08 pm

These are my custom Rawling gloves. All but one were ordered from Don Mortons. As you can see I like conventional backs and H-webs and single post glove. No flashy colors either.

Sam, you have some beautiful gloves, and lots of them!

I play baseball and hockey (goalie), and I have a lot of baseball gloves and goalie gear.

These are typical questions I get asked all the time by other players:

Question: Why to you have so many baseball gloves?
Answer: Because I can.

Question: Why do you need 3 full sets of goalie gear?
Answer: I don't need 3 sets, but I want 3 sets.

:D :D :D

Needs and wants are of course two different things. Both are what we live for. Sweet leather Gonzo. :D Maybe you can tell us about the embroidery. Very nice job.
