hobb24 on Ebay ripped off my pics to sell a glove:

I still have the glove so it can't be the one for sale. Not cool to list a glove with wrong pics and not even ask permission to use the pics from another owner

Who is hobb24?

MVALZ - that could the glove he is re-selling but it is not the glove with the green background. I emailed hobb24 on Ebay and just got a response. He is saying the pics he is using are from the glove he bought. That obviously can't be correct since they are my pics and I have the glove - I bought that glove around 3 years ago!

There are two gloves out there that are identical. I am just pissed that someone would take the pics I posted on this forum and use them for an Ebay add... Are they too lazy to take their own pictures?

Glove pics

Postby Paulypal » December 27th, 2008, 10:43 am

Actually, that was me who used the pics. I guess on the outside its a lame ass move.

I had a few sets of pics downloaded when i was looking to by the glove. I almost bought mikes also. I put it for sale on ebay before I rec'd the glove and used a set I had. I did realize it was the wrong pics, but didtn want to change them during the listing. Especially since it was the same exact glove.

I apologized to Mike for the mix up. I hope all is forgiven.

The glove is now off of ebay by the way.

BTW, the lacing on the palm, is that original lacing?
Interesting pattern on the heel. If it is original, does the extra lacing make the heel stiffer than normal?

Paulypal - what you did and your explanations are both lame. Bottom line is that you knew they were my pics and you decided to use them without my permission. Anyway - end of story.

Doesnt really matter to me what you think. I made a mistake, nobody was hurt, I didnt mean to use your pics, as they arent any better than any other pics I could have used.

Sorry that you feel that way. Now the story is ended.
