That Oval R looks a tad large. Two Piece solid web. Looks to be relaced.
This a production glove for a country other than the US?

made in philipines for baseball express, oval the first year or 2 was way over sized

Definitely a partial re-lace job, and not necessarily a real good one. I'd be embarassed to take pictures of one of my re-laced gloves if it looked like that.
