It is a D1 that the D looks like an O. Very nice glove, one that I would play with in a second. Strange it didn't do that well for Wilson. It would be nice to have some input from the Wilson factory folks on this site as we do with Rawlings.
I also have a Louisville Slugger "Hoss Series" softball 14" glove (TPS400H) that is a serious softball glove that I have tried out. Heavy leather that would likely be dependable through several seasons and I'd say matches up well with my big Nokona AMG400K that I've been using for many years.
The weight and force of a softball really challenges the leather on a glove I believe.

Wilson A2000 INF

Postby quaz95 » May 15th, 2008, 8:44 am

I just picked up this Brand NEw A2000 INF I web. I got a good deal on it. Does anybody now how to tell the age of A2000? or does anybody know when then glove was manufactured?
Here are some pictures.

before i submit this weeks MODGOW, i must commend burker72 for his diligence and time in posting the VINGOWs. i had no idea how much time would be required. plus, i find it hard to narrow it down to which glove is nominated and i worry that i have chosen worthy candidates

a very nice arod signed USA pro6HF that is a must for all MODGLOVE collectors w/BIN of $450 200221866048

at the risk of stepping on forumites (glove) fingers, i've decided to create sub-categories for this weeks picks(pix)

1) "Infamous GOW" goes to the XPG6 "mantle jr." glove. it ended in a BO at a forum silencing $2500 280224778922. a real bargain if in fact it is a former "mick"/jr. gamer
a fellow glove afficienado had pointed out that the vertical "i-web" strap was probably cannabolized from an SM6. not sure if the mick would mind though

2) Usually we don't see gloves that don't sell showing up on the GOW thread but i thought this one deserved an honorable mention award (the lucky duck who won it through the back door?) Pro6XTCB 290231380752 that we hope went for more than $9.99

3) and the "i can't believe what a screamin deal" glove goes to the a2000 1625 that BIN'd for a paltry $99.99! way to go mvalz!

again, it is highly likely that i've missed a few MODGOW's, so feel free to add to this. i have a feeling this summer i won't be around a computer much.
