SSK Customs?

Postby Hrking4675 » July 2nd, 2008, 11:11 pm

The SSK custom gloves on Customglove.com have a TON of options and I am really thinkig of ordering one. The price ($300) is the only thing stopping me, but seriously SSK has always had a great product. Anyone have an opinion or have one to tell about?

I have bought about 10 from ssk. I used to get them from kazuma who was bought out by ssk. They have alot of cool options just they always made mistakes on my gloves. They did replace them but it was a pain. They were nice but not worth 300 on my opinion, they wer very stiff and the leather faded alot in the sun

Do you have pics of them? I am thinking of getting a Cork Tan (the lighter tan) color. I dont get how they can charge $300 for a product that has just started to come back to the bigs with some front line players.

I have to dig for them, this was 3-4 years ago, I used most then sold them on ebay, the web designs were the best part, and I forgot to mention they let me keep the ones they screwed up on. Thier main screw up was the sewing thread color. They always would use yellow instead of the color I picked. It was at least 5 times it happened. I would get 3 to start the season every year. I used to get good deals because I bought so many but they have all new people now
