Glove related tatoos?

Postby splinters » June 20th, 2008, 4:50 pm

This is a very odd topic.....the other day I saw a guy with lots of tatoos on his arm..I thought he had a Heart of the Hide tatoo and did a double take...it was not but just got me thinking about the other glove collectors on the forum......first off, I do not have any tatoos......but I was curious if anyone had any glove related tatoos...Hoh logo, wing tip logo, etc.....?

There are a few dads I know, who's kids play travel baseball, that recently got baseball tattoos... one is a set of baseball seams on his upper arm - the other is a baseball/skull with flames grim reaper figure holding a bat with spikes in it! My son asked me if I was getting one - no way!

Hi guys!

I have no tattoos, but I have given thought to getting the old Wilson A2000 "Made in USA" circle tattooed on my shoulder.

My wife wouldn't dig it, but I still think about it from time to time. Maybe I could get one on my left shoulder tattooed in the color the circle would have been on a brand new A2, and then I could go deluxe on my right shoulder and get a red and blue one.

Man, maybe, just maybe, one of you guys would think that John in Ithaca, NY is real boss.

nope, no velvotan or play ok tattoos for me - i don't like tattoos at all, but if i did, i would consider a glove related one.

Its a beautiful Sunny Day out today. I am going to slather myself with Suntan Oil and head on down to the tattoo parlor. I'm getting " EXXON VALDEZ" and a big ship tattooed on my chest.

cb.....

If you venture into the surf and have trouble swimming, should we call the Coast Guard to rescue you, or a HazMat team to contain the oil slick?
