Everyone reading this board should get to a vintage game this summer. They're a lot of fun to watch and almost always free. Watching them play by 1860s rules is a trip.

Yes they are a treat to watch. The players are always well mannered and cheerful. The few rule variances make it a different kind of game. The only downside is that they aren't wearing beautiful vintage gloves(no gloves whatsoever). HUZZAH!
