Hahahaha... the milk carton is classic! Why didn't you trade that "picture box" to JD too? Been in the shadows, working on multiple deals, potential blockbusters!!! 8)

Why do they always involve more gloves and more people the longer they linger...

Ah, now we know why you couldn't do dinner this weekend - you're taking your private jet to a series of clandestine meetings across the country adding to your hoard. 8)

Oh, and for all of you out there that would mess with my collection, my son has a message for you.

Yes, I did call Beckett to see if he wanted to be involved in part of the deal, but, as you can see, he flipped me off!!!

Tried to do so, but JD said inside was a real "beater".

Brett, great photo. I'll do the honors.

The trade was going well until someone asked for the mask.
F#$ SPIDERMAN!
Let me check, does this mask look adult sized to you?

Continuing on with Brett's photo:

Now, when I ask for the fastball, I BETTER get a fastball NEXT TIME!!

See the bee? Now BUZZ OFF!

It's funny, Rob Mucha has a similar trading tactic.

Et tu Ricky? I was zipping along about to give you a thumbs up for the Beckett captions and then I step in the turd in the road. Is it necessary to use both first name and last when insulting my character? Can't we imply that it's some other non-pushover-trader named Rob (or derivative) who doesn't always want to get a bunch of Icing for top tier keepers? Let's work on that.

The Beckett photo is great and officially Caption 14

No, I don't want to try out for the soccer team!
What do you mean you won't trade the red Lutzke glove?!
Time for bed?!! I'm in the middle of a big trade!! (with Ricky "Bulldog" "WahooGlove" "Mr.Clean" Anderson who is offering a lefty import with ink on it)

 That's CLASSICal! I think you forgot beware the Ides of Bulldog. BTW, I think Cat Stevens said it best with "the first cut is the deepest", but I must admit I do appreciate a good jab. Plus we all know I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer!

Thus continuing on:

Little tyke says take a hike!

That's Low man!

Look at this liner!

Soooo, I like my necklace!!!!

Ripping off from a funny movie:

"All I want to do is hold on to my mask and not listen to you! And the only way that I would ever let go of my mask would be if you came over here right now and tried to pry it from my dead, lifeless fingers, okay? If you can get it from my kung-fu grip then you can come and have it, okay? Otherwise, step off, @#%!

Gwove cowecting is numbew one!

Restitch the baseball ... done. Clean/condition the glove ... done. Remind me, what did I have to do to this darn mask before ice cream?

The mask is a BGS 6 and the glove a BGS 7, and for those who disagree ...

Good ones!

THE lowMAN IN THE IRON MASK.

HOOKED ON SONNETTS WORKS FOR ME!

Yeah, my dad's kinda overprotective!

Mr. Anderson says I can't bring these in for show and tell again! So, here's what I say!

It seemed like a harmless "My dad can beat up your dad" conversation, until young Beckett upped the ante!

A is for afletics (Hey, he's gifted), B is for baysebawl, C is for catchur's mask, D is for daddy, E is for erlee stuff, F is for finger....see? All done!

Sandlot the early years. SANDBOX?

Like the Beckett Grading Rob!

Glove Collectings New Kid on the building Block(s)

Collecting gloves makes me feel like a kid again

Baby steps into vintage equipment? I think not!

Uh oh! Good thing I don't know anybody with a woodshed.

I'll trade you THIS glove, but let me check your PowerWheel trunk just in case you're hiding something.

Apparently he doesn't like to be treated with kid gloves.

What do you mean you're going to the National without me?!!

There's no masking his inner feelings.

Thanks ... that's why they call me the Closer (or Kyra Sedgewick for long).

Great poker face, but he still has a couple subtle tells.

And for the song. Put one foot in front of the other. Frosty Snowman

I dunno man. (smh) I still may give you some points, but that "for long" closer line (dennis eckersley?). I felt like we were gaining ground and then the caption NASCAR had a spin out.

Dad there's something flippin' off about this liner.

Reminds me of a young Billy Martin.
