After a night of having one too many. I'd like to ...
- beat that incessant drummer boy with his drum stick!
- knock that smile of Chief Wahoo's face!

Allright but it's a secret. The concession stand gives away left over hot dogs after the game.

Someone needs to tell him this isn't the CORN FEDeral League.

Call me crazy Pete, I think there's a big mole on this team. I can't put my finger on it, but it's somebody.

Alright, who's going to crash Big Ox's pity party.

You see the new, big "Power hitter" we got? Good luck! The only club he's going to be making is the one with turkey!

Alright, you see that big lug over there keepin' a look out? He's in on it too. We just got to pay him in pastrami sandwiches.

I'm not sure this peyote will enhance my performance, but those billboards sure are beautiful ... the fans are beautiful ... you're beautiful!

Three for Mike's great caption photo:
Master of the clawball.
"Hah! Xeng-Li! You cower at my Two Fingers of Death!"
"Yeah, yeah, I know it's a better show when I remember to bring the puppet. C'mon guys, use your imaginations."
Keep 'em coming, Mike!

Big, wasn't the James Dean movie I was thinking of ...

RebelNoCause.jpg

I try to spread out the captions to about one a week, but who says we need to be all rigid and stuff ... Outback Steak House rules this week (no rules, just fun). Now step it up a little on Mike's gem (and come up with some other future caption photos ... they don't grow on trees). Ricky just sent me five killer photos.

By popular demand, it's is my pleasure to announce Caption 12:

That's the guy who stole my hat.

The ole "replace someone's cleats with buster browns" gag.

Billy awoke from nap time a little cranky

Uh oh, I think I soiled myself.

Worst case of caption writer's cramp I've ever seen.
After a night out with Hack Wilson, he was horrified to find his pitching hand permanently frozen in the hoisting position.
"Hey beerman, gimme two cold ones! Little hair of the dog, y'know..."

Rob, you can photoshop my ugly mug next to the incredible Natalie Wood anytime you want. :D

"Don't hold the ball so hard, okay? It's an egg. Hold it like an egg." (Crash's last bit of advice until his jaw healed.)

Patented the original kung-fu grip.

His hand crushed by der CECstapo for subversive caption writing, Big Jim gamely played on.

After the horrible wood-chipper accident, Stubby McAndrew's pitching career was never the same.

Had to look closer.

With that,
Stevie "Wets" McGee shows why he isn't a big game pitcher.

After waking up from his between doubleheaders nap, Billy yelled "Hey somebody tell Mr. Magoo the pitcher's mound is a little further out!!"

You know you are a terrible pitcher when.....

Your pitching coach takes a little siesta during your session.

Your pitching coach says "I'm no miracle worker" or "I've seen better arms on a chair"

"Walking the dog" with his Stealth Yo-yo.

Big Jim's catcher: "Hey, I'm supposed to give the signs!"

"Yeah, but don't ever call him Spanky to his face."

Working on his "night moves."
