This guy's mitt is a REACH.

To say he's good is a stretch.

Rusty's son, Chip, was devastated after hearing his father's accident. The doctors told Chip,"Looks like we're going to have to solder (saw der) your father!"

The back of his card says "Rusty trades the diamond for the gridiron when he plays for the Steelers in the off season."

 Thought of the Steelers, but was trying to make it fit. Nice pull. Also, on Rusty's bio under turn ons: attracted to magnets.

BTW, Rusty's solid play was TARNISHED after those incriminating photos came out!

Don't think we didn't try Greg! How cool would that be!

Because of his solid play at first, Rusty was asked to play THE HOT CORNER. Unfortunately, he melted under the pressure!

Rusty's other son Quarry was boulder, had more metal fortitude, and a much less element-ary knowledge of the game, which ultimately deposited him in the Shelf of Fame.
Trade with Rob

His least favorite baseball quote: "Rooting for the Yankees is like rooting for US Steel." Hey, quit picking on US Steel!!!

Put me down for one of those Spaldingmobiles, Ricky! Is a check okay?

Nice ones! Greg, the Spaldingmobile is on it's way. I won't let Rusty drive, however, because he has a lead foot! You know pedal to the METAL!

The real sad part about Rusty's baseball career is that he missed out on playing against some of the greats. Unfortunately these players were shut out because of their bronze-like appearance. They were forced to play in another league. Oh, the injustice!

The Hall of Fame asked for a mold for Rusty's head, but that was a bust!
