For me, the fact that it's coming from Ohio, is a clear sign that it's a repro. I know that's a general statement, but there's been an abundant number of "vintage" counter displays "found" in the buckeye state.

I'm going to say fake as well - I have two Winchester reproductions advertisements that have a similar look visually although the materials are different. Also, the counter displays I've handled that are real have a thicker stock than the one that is being auctioned - I think the real ones are more durable.
