A-2000 Trophy

Found this today. It's missing it's plaque so I have the slightest idea when or who this was presented to. The trophy weighs about 8 lbs. and is finely detailed. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

anybody have any info on this A-2000 trophy. i've had it's twin brother on my shelf for about 15 years.
