Randy Johnson signed with the Giants for 1 year $8 million, with an extra $5 million in incentives. Johnson is sitting on 295 wins- might be the last 300 game winner for a very long time!
Anybody feel a little sorry for the Detroit Lions? Can they finish the perfect season?

That Giants team just keeps getting older and older. Since Renteria is now their shortstop it will be interesting to see where Vizquel goes. I would love to see him back in the AL somewhere so that I can see him play in person.
As for the Lions, they had their chances against the Packers early in the year, and the Vikings late in the year. Just pray they don't draft another wide receiver or a dud quarterback with the first pick in April.
