A 1930-40's Reach mitt was sold as a Babe Ruth RC2 model for $180. Did the RC1 or RC2 mitts have rolled leather binding as this one does? Also, there looks to be number 41 pretty clearly visible on the face. The Reach model 41 matches the features of this mitt.

On first glance this is a typical 1950's Nokona glove in great condition. On closer inspection, it is a super rare Bob Lemon G54 model with a patented pocket anchoring design. You can see a seam running through the pocket which attaches to a leather retainer inside to hold the heel pad in place. A novel invention for sure. The glove sold for $75.

A TOC crescent glove sold for $1009. Not described in the listing, but some collectors/bidders thought this may be a webless crescent model. Could be I suppose but with both a forefinger and thumb seam, that seems debatable. It is a decent quality, well padded all leather model which has that going for it.
