A Hudson "Jimmie Reese" glove sold for $261. I wondered when one of these would come up for auction. Touted as the "Rolls Royce of Baseball Gloves".

A few lower priced gems:
A tunnel loop Tryon glove sold for $33. Looking beyond the neglect, a solid glove. A good cleaning/conditioning would do wonders for this one.

A 1920's Victor, Wright & Ditson catchers mitt sold for $65. The front would require some attention but the back is pristine. Great cloth patch location!

Yeah Murph, those two HOH Rawlings were sweet. I followed them the whole time.
The Robinson model was unique. I've heard of an HOH lazy "S" "Brooks Robinson" model being in existence. This is the first I've see. JD has a similar Clemente model with the black piping and two piece palm. In the early 70's Rawlings was coming up with some specialty gloves like the red, white and blue models to celebrate their 75th anniversary. The Robinson and Clemente gloves may fit into that category. All in all a very rare glove. Surprised it wasn't bid up higher
