A 1965 Spalding "Roger Maris" model 42-201 glove sold for $185. A $43 glove back in the day. This one shows a fair amount of wear but it's a rare one featuring the "Full Control Palm".

A 1932 D&M "Earl Clarke" model G35 glove sold for $149. Another rare one and overall in real nice shape.

A 1935 D&M "Chas. Ruffing" glove sold for $74. Shows the downside of leaving gloves to auction. It's much nicer than the price reflects.

The upside to an ebay auction for the seller: It just takes a couple people who really want the same item.
This Hutch "Duke Snider" model 54FR glove and box sold for $318. I've owned this model and by far the nicest Hutch glove I've ever come across.
About as high quality as you will find.

The down side of a BIN on ebay for the seller.. This Rawlings "Mickey Mantle" model MMP sold originally as a $285 BIN and flipped within a week for $650.
I've owned this model. It is the last of the MMP variations before the XPG6 was introduced. This late era MMP had an awesome feel and was my favorite Mantle glove.

The seller listed it as a late '20s model but the Johnson graphic first appeared in the 1929 D&M catalogue with a vertical tunnel loop web. A laced web version with a V back and buckle strap appeared in the 1932 catalogue. In 1934, a laced web with an open back appeared. This glove is most likely from 1933-34.

A really nice black leather D&M sewn web glove sold for $165. Can't quite make out the model number. There is a faint endorsement above that.

It could be the G83 from 1922.

An early 1900's Reach crescent pad model 100 catcher's mitt sold for $1200. Looks to be in super condition. You don't find many with the factory markings so clearly stamped.

Now That was funny! And yes,the last thing I probably need is another Riddle but how could I pass on the only factory second marked "imperfect" I've ever seen?! Plus, I had a good collector friend send me the link so its really his fault.

A couple other notes on other gloves, really like the Wright Ditson black labels. Don Doke was that you one the Dizzy Dean? You have all the others sO i figured. JK.
