Another early crescent, webless glove sold this time on ebay for $3150. The metal wrist strap button was lost and replaced with a plastic coat button some time ago. Other than that, a real nice glove.

A sewn web D&M glove sold for $150. A quick BIN on ebay. The front photo is a little blurry but I think it is stamped "Wapiti". Not sure of the model number but the glove looks to be of high quality and close to near mint.

A 1920's original design Rawlings "Bill Doak" glove sold for $325. It doesn't look to have been cleaned/conditioned yet and still a nice looking glove. With a little effort it could be a real gem.

An early base mitt sold for $500. Missing the hook and eyelets from the back and a repaired thumb seam. overall a good quality mitt.

An early crescent & buckle web glove sold for $695. Early vintage gloves look to be heating up heading into the summer. Strong price on this one despite the poor condition & missing original wrist strap. It has an interesting seam running through the face. There was a patent circa 1906 for such a design. The seam was meant to create a deeper pocket in a glove. This glove could be an example of that. Kind of a cool look and not often seen.

A 1920's Rawlings catchers mitt sold for $125. It features the patented "snap heel" leather pocket for padding adjustment. The mitt was top of the line in its day and is in good overall condition.

A circa 1910 D&M catchers mitt sold for $207. A lot to like about this one. High quality & very good condition, nice patch, oval buckle, early grommet web & riveted perimeter banding, two tone leather construction

A 1940's Rawlings "Red Rolfe" glove ended early on ebay. It is the "Wound Trap Adjustable" model. The glove has been well used. The original rolled lace trap web is long gone and replaced by a D&M/Goldsmith style tunnel webbing.

I missed this one for a while. It wasn't in a typical ebay glove category. A 1920's Winchester glove, a Hudson Sporting Goods base mitt and an early black/red stitched ball sold for $235. The glove, mitt & ball are in nice shape! A smokin' deal.

A 1930's Reach "Babe Ruth" Home Run Special glove sold for $625. This one shows a lot of wear but still intact and in decent shape. Factory stamps still legible and a nice patch on the back.

Two early 1950's Rawlings gloves and boxes sold for $280. Both gloves & boxes look to be in great shape. They are rare "Tommy Henrich" and "Don Lenhardt" models. The box stamps look like the gloves were to be sold through Montgomery Wards.

A mid 30's D&M "Paul Dean" model G93X glove sold for $153. I missed this one from last month. The glove has a fair amount of wear. It has the later style D&M patch. A rare glove none the less.

I took a long look at the Paul Dean glove and was really tempted to bid on it. I recently retired and am in downsizing mode. I'm finding out that buying is way more fun than selling.

Three nice Rawlings "Herb Score" model HSP gloves sold in the same week. The first sold for $125. A nice looking HOH model. It had a repair to the patch or would have done better.

Second was a quick BIN sale for $99. Another HOH model. This one would probably clean up to be a beauty.

Third was a 1958 model with the anniversary patch. Not often seen and in great condition. It was a BIN for $65 in the early morning hours.
