Several of us on our great site have been mulling the D&M Glove that has been submitted and it may turn out to be, if not the biggest, the most
mysterious glove find in our brief history. It seems that SIX of these D&M G41 gloves bearing players names not associated with the glove (except Ruth's)
have been located and being sold from Denmark. We will update you as information comes in. Stay tuned.

Here's a funny one. An early crescent base mitt was falling apart so a previous owner stuffed another mitt inside it to keep it all intact. It sold for $100.

An interesting catchers mitt sold on ebay for $150. It looks like a 1930-40's model and is stamped with the logo "California" at the top. There was a California Glove Co. in the early 1900's into the 1920's. This may be one of their mitts. The company was a little obscure. The mitt is in great shape and has a unique closure setup on the back.

That Chapman is stunning. If it was indeed some bag of vintage, NOS gloves like that, then it's the type of thing I've fantasized about since joining this hobby.
Telling my wife about them simply prompted her to say "I hope you're not considering bidding..." :P

Two Spalding "King Patent" gloves from the same seller. The first is model BB1 that sold for $380. Some minor wear to the liner and missing lace. Other than that, It is in real good overall condition with an intact patch and markings on the face.

The second KP glove sold for $620. No markings in the pocket that I could see and the patch was very worn. Other than that, the overall condition seemed good. The wrist lacing was intact and looked vintage. A previous owner wrote "Home Run Baker" and stats on the back of the glove.
