A Goldsmith "Stanley Coveleski" model TR glove sold for $235 on ebay. Very rare model with the out seam fingers. The finger stalls were also inter connected with a 1/2" leather strap. It was a landmark glove and top of the line in the 1920's.

I received the Spalding Sheely LG. I always find it interesting to compare two or more versions of favorite gloves. Here's a look at the two I have; first, the one I've retained for a number of years, and second (the last 2 photos) the one I just received. Interesting to look at the way my first one is broken in with a really tremendous curved pocket and the original web. The one I just received stands taller in a more conventional way. I wonder if this one also had the adjustable strip web at one time. Ball gloves are endlessly fascinating! :D

Working off my long-time keeper, I created and installed an adjustable web on the new one. Here's a look at how it turned out.
