Here is a Rawlings "Mickey Mantle" model GS12 HOH with the H-web to go along with the LB12. Nice glove, probably very rare, maybe uncatalogued.

A 1920's three finger Spalding "Scout" model sold for $322 on ebay. I have never seen this Spalding model before and now two are for sale on ebay. It shows some wear but may clean up nicely with some diligence.

A 1960's Wilson "Nelson Fox" model 2200 sold for $42 on ebay. I think Joe mentioned this glove in a posting. Seems to borrow the "Flexomatic" heel idea from Rawlings and stretches it up the thumb and pinky finger. Kind of a cool looking glove.

A 1965 Rawlings "Brooks Robinson" MVP model glove sold for $64 on ebay. The glove is in great condition. I like the "Big Wheel" web and the out seams on the back fingers seems to borrow the old Wilson design. Rawlings called it the "Magic Action Back"

This one turns out to be a cut, modified full web. If you look carefully you'll notice the slight variation in the cut. Must have been done in the early teens to this glove which is likely to be a 1905/6 model. Ah, the urge to update! Something like finding holes for finger lace punched in a split finger glove. Still, it's a very nice glove.

A very nice 1910-20s Spalding base mitt sold for $255 on ebay. A high price for an unendorsed vintage base mitt. The strap web still intact. Label has wear but still readable. The red dyed leather piping looks good with the golden leather.

A 1930's Spalding "Babe Ruth" glove sold for $797 on ebay. A nice endorsement but a lot of money for a glove missing parts, in this case the Spalding cloth patch.

A 1940's Spalding "Joe Dimaggio" model 133 sold for $337 on ebay. A nice glove all around with strong markings in the pocket.

A 1950's Wilson "Jimmy Piersall" model 2110 glove sold for $80 on ebay. The "Ballhawk" glove is really great looking with lots of silver stamping. Comes with a generic box.

This Reach glove is one of the nicer crescent pad models seen in a while and sold on ebay for $1576. The seller was smart in taking good pictures and adding requested close-ups of the pristine wool inner lining.

A rare early 1900's D&M crescent pad catchers mitt sold for $323 on ebay. The price would have been higher if not for the missing buckle and strap on the back of the mitt. The buckle itself is an oval type and distinctive to D&M mitts in that period. It may be hard to find a replacement, although William may have a donor. The mitt still has a lot going for it with a sewn double faced pocket reinforcement, belt type heel lacing and riveted strap at the top. These are patented inventions of Jason Draper and Albert Burtt, a long time employee of D&M.

There is an interesting Marathon "Babe Ruth" glove on ebay. The seller is getting a lot of offers to end the auction early. I couldn't find another Marathon "Ruth" glove pictured at http://www.baseballglovecollector.com

Another Marathon glove, this one a "Hugh Critz" model 4262 sold for $127 on ebay. The Marathon gloves in this time period were well built with leather piping and good quality leather.

One of the nicer full web gloves sold on ebay for a quick BIN of $230. It is a circa 1905-10 Reach model in great shape, nice cloth patch and inner lining.

Second is an 1950's Ace Hardware Brand "George Kell" glove that sold for $90. there is an Ace Hardware just down the street from me. I didn't know they were that old an enterprise and they sold sporting goods. Great looking model. I like the double laced fingers.
