There is an interesting 1964 ad on ebay right now for the Spalding "Roger Maris" Personal model glove. I can't quite make it out but I think that it is stamped "Full-Control Palm". This is Spalding's version of the Rawlings "Dual Step Down Palm" model. This was Spaldings most expensive model in its day at over $42. Interesting stamping of "RM" over the model number 42-201.

After Spalding divested themselves of the Rawlings Co. circa 1965, The Spalding gloves didn't have quite the drawing power. This 1966 Spalding "Roger Maris" Personal Model 42-217 only garnered $49 on ebay. The model 42-201 glove above from 1964 may have fetched a significantly higher amount.
