There is a "Geo. Reach" glove recently listed and touted as a "Cy Young" model. Here is the link. http://cgi.ebay.com/VINTAGE-CY-YOUNGFIELDERSBASEBALLGLOVE_W0QQitemZ350437912481QQcategoryZ27971QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp3286.m7QQ_trkparmsZalgo%3DLVI%26itu%3DUCI%26otn%3D3%26po%3DLVI%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D7015301011613739046

Seems more like the "Pep Young" model as seen on the Hutch glove shown below

Below is a "Cy Young" model Hutch glove

it is interesting that Joe's Catalog Source Book mentions a connection between the George Reach and Hutch companies.

Here is a link to a pretty cool "Ted Williams" J.C. Higgins/Sears model glove. http://cgi.ebay.com/TED-WILLIAMS-USA-MADE-PERSONAL-MODEL-BASEBALL-GLOVE-/190500789460?pt=Vintage_Sports_Memorabilia&hash=item2c5abb5cd4

The glove combines the Macgregor "Fieldmaster" one piece web and the "Nokona" "FingerLok" on the back. The glove looks to be in real nice shape and may be a rare model.

Another J.C. Higgins glove. A circa 1930-40"s "Mel Ott" model in great shape inside and out. Sold for $103 on ebay.

A nice Wilson "Johnny Antonelli" PM model 2010 newly listed. Here is a link. http://cgi.ebay.com/Wilson-A2010-Johnny-Antonelli-Personal-Model-glove-USA-/290533761446?pt=Vintage_Sports_Memorabilia&hash=item43a52961a6

It has the same "Fingerlok" as the J.C. Higgins "Ted Williams" glove below. Wilson made some of the Higgins brand gloves.

Great looking 1920-30's Spalding "Ray French" model glove sold for $65 on ebay. Seems like a reasonable price. Glove looks to be well maintained.

Rare 1940's Spalding Service model with the Dubow outseams on the backs of the fingers. Triple tunnel web. Looks to be in good shape. Sold for $40 on ebay.

Another example of the Dubow patent out-seam. This top quality Hutch beauty went for only $28 on ebay. Very clean inside and out. Stampings are legible but the photo does not show it well. It may be the "Harry Craft" model 44G. The "patent pending" places it around 1941-42.

Ebay seller, bubbared had some interesting finds lately. here are a couple. first is a nice "Marty Callaghan" model buckleback glove that sold for $78 on ebay. I owned this model years ago and loved the intricate webbing and back panel.

I'm pretty sure it is a Stall & Dean glove. Here is a similar S&D "Woody English" model to compare:

Second is a rare "Gene Schott" model from equally rare Simmons Hardware brand. Good legible markings in the pocket. I like the die cut web. Sold for $63 on ebay.

Two listings closed from midnitesurfer. The first is a very nice and rare circa 1910 Wright & Ditson full web glove that sold for $139 on ebay. Great cloth patch on the wrist strap.

The second is a 1930-40's "Rip Radcliff" model for $42. Maker was not listed but I think it is a J.C. Higgins model. I like the distinctive double laced fingers. Nice buckleback over V-notch wrist opening.

a turn of the century crescent pad glove sold for $405 on ebay. A pretty ragged interior and some surface wear could have kept the price down.

Early 1950's Spalding "Joe DiMaggio" model 196 sold for $113 on ebay. What this glove had going for it was its good condition leaving a stellar signature and other markings in the pocket.

Beautiful 1940's "Rudy York" catchers mitt sold for $52 on ebay. Possibly a "Wasco" brand, large size and high quality with leather piping. Stamped endorsement about 2" high by 4" long, mostly still in silver.

Some new listings from grandpa*7. Here is a taste and the link. http://shop.ebay.com/grandpa*7/m.html
CBgtkwWkKGrHqFhME0fwn8KyrBNIDYUTeg_12.JPG

Also some new listings from shutterug. A mixture of new and old and real high quality. Here is the link. http://shop.ebay.com/shutterug/m.html Note the circular stitched palm on this Wilson "Ted Williams" model 2110 below. Reminds me of the old Stall & Dean patent in 1906 of creating a deeper pocket by stitching in an area where the padding was removed.

More listings from jmphlbat. Some real nice vintage near mint gloves and mitts. "Alex Taylor" brand glove below. Here is the link:http://shop.ebay.com/jmphlbat/m.html

Despite the lack of legible stamping in the pocket and a missing cloth patch, the ever popular KenWel "Dazzy Vance" style glove still garnered $100 on ebay. The overall good condition of the glove was in its favor. No noticeable rips or tears and the leather piping still intact.
