Vintage 1920's Goldsmith LF "Adolfo Luque" model in super condition. Tall fingers and high quality construction. Tunnel loop web. Strong markings in the pocket. Sold for $129 on ebay. Was one of the better gloves in the Goldsmith 1925 catalog.

Spalding 42-2511 "Jim Fregosi" model glove for $26 on ebay. Not really into later Spalding gloves but it is Interesting how Spalding changes the name of the Rawlings patented features: The "Fastback" becomes "Control X-Tender Back" and the "Bellows Web" becomes the "Dual Action Web". The glove is in real good shape and a nice find for someone.

Here is an example of how posting vague pictures and descriptions can benefit a stealthy buyer lying in wait like a panther in the grass! Not a lot of pictorial information here except for a real nice cloth patch! The small front view was as posted on ebay.

This is a real nice Higgins "Bob Buhl" model 6-finger glove and a nice collectible. This early 6-finger model was made by Wilson as the "Ball Hawk 6" model and was one of their nicer models. Went for $26 on ebay. "Bretman" pointed out an August posting regarding an "under the radar" Babe Ruth glove on ebay. This too, but in a very minor way, is another "Stealth Bomber"!

Rawlings "Gene Woodling" PM1 3-finger glove in good condition for $30 on ebay. Nice mid 50's model featuring the "Wrist Snugger" and "V-Anchored" web. Cloth patch in great shape as is the inner lining. A good deal for the winning bidder

Circa 1948 MacGregor Goldsmith "Les Fleming" model AH. This mitt is in great condition and of a distinctive style but only brought $26 on ebay. Love the "Snare" web. When I sold most of my gloves off, I kept this model as a favorite. Has a great on hand feel. The MacG's in this time period were some of my favorites. I was stoked when I finally found an "Ewell Blackwell" model XL. It was such a beast!

My previous post regarding the two crescent catchers mitts being relisted was a little confusing. I was hurrying because I was late for work. The mitt "murphusa" is referring to is Robbie's crescent mitt that did sell for $179 last week. It is remarkably similar to the Victor mitt I posted earlier. Below is Robbie's mitt which sold on ebay for $179 It too is a buckle web.

Below is the Victor mitt which I think is still up for auction with a $350 min. OBO.

Turn of the century crescent pad catchers mitt for $79 on ebay. Hook and grommets on the back. Some of the stitching coming undone but the mitt presents well. Crescent pad intact and has lacing at the heel only

Pretty interesting Sears "Ted Williams" personal model glove made in the U.S.A. In near mint condition. Sold for $100 on ebay. What makes it interesting is the one piece pocket/web design patented by MacGregor in 1962. Stamped on the back of the web Pat.#3030629. I think this is a nice find for the winning bidder.
