A lot of nice gloves changed hands at the Convention and went into collections or subsequently resold on ebay these last 2 weeks. The 20% buyers premium at Legendary is also a real killer. The Gehrig mitt cost the buyer close to one thousand dollars extra in fees. When I sold an item through "Oregon Trails" years ago, I as a seller was dinged for a 10% hammer fee. Now it is reversed and the buyer pays the fee. I suppose it is a way for the auction houses to attract more memorabilia from collections.
