Seller just guessing, throwing out names like D&M and Reach. It's actually a J.C. Higgins mitt from the early 1900's. It's pretty much intact with some damage at the web, not an unusual occurrence with the grommet flaps. It sold for $155. The mitt is a high quality example and overall has a nice antique look.

This Rawlings mitt sold for $140 from a small auction house. The construction of the mitt looks to be a George Sisler model from the 1920's. The perimeter lacing was one giveaway. The factory stamps on the front are very faint.

A 1967 Rawlings model RSP-67 glove sold for $7100. purported to be a Maury Wills gamer. An interesting glove with the L-heel, HOH stamp and one piece V-anchored web.

I'm a hunt and peck typist, so the abbreviations help me get through documenting the auctions.
A 1950's Rawlings Stan Musial model PML glove with picture box sold for $1799. Seems like a sky high price at first. There has been a trend of cutting up boxes for the cards. I posted a while back about a Rawlings Big 8 glove box cut up for the cards. I remember the cards, especially the Mantle, went for quite a bit of money. So the Musial box is in great shape and a good candidate to being cut up.

A 1960's Rawlings Stan Musial model TG15 glove sold for $525. The glove has some shelf wear but looks to be near mint. Rawlings best BITD.

A 1960's MacGregor Frank Robinson model PBC glove sold for $99. The glove is in great shape.

Mike, The Musial TG 12 went for $525.00. I was the buyer. Batsandmitts has been a long time ebayer (1998) and we were able to work a deal from the asking price of $695.00 More like professional courtesy

This glove is from 1962. He also has a 1963 Musial HOH that has a little more wear to it

A one year only Spalding 1065 Roger Craig Professional model from 1958 sold for $59.95. A well made glove in good shape that features a V-Anchored web and wrist lock. I believe it is the same pattern that Rawlings used on the JG Johnny Groth PM of the same year. If the purchaser is on this forum and is interested in flipping it for a nice profit, let me know!

a 1920's Reach full web glove sold for $199. There are a few high end full web models with the laced heel in that period. The pocket stamps are clear. there may be more hidden by the leather fold. The glove has seen a fair amount of wear but still in decent condition.

A 1960's MacGregor Hank Aaron model KHA glove sold for $189. It's in great shape. Unusual model number. Like the Model PBC, they may have been made for another retailer.
