And now for a change of pace, some cool old stuff.
A really nice condition and rare sewn web Hudson Sporting Goods "Professional" model TL glove sold for $155. A high quality example. Hudson Sporting Goods was just down the street from New York Sporting Goods on Warren St.

A Rare full web glove sold for $150. Seller listed it as a Ratsch brand because of the celluloid button. In reality, it's a Goldsmith. The "Iron Cross" cloth patch is discernible. I included a pic of the wrist strap compared with a primo Goldsmith example.

An early catchers mitt sold for $52. The condition is poor but a cool little mitt never the less. The face has darts fashioned along the edge to give shape to the pocket. The wrist strap meets in the middle with some sort of closure. Nothing quite like it in JD's Glove Gallery.

A 1960's Mickey Mantle glove with other equipment sold for $382. On first glance it looks like the model XPG6-H. However, it is stamped ES12 on the palm. Kind of different. The glove saw a lot of playing time.

A 1940's Wilson Andy Pafko model 2080 glove sold for $141. An iconic top of the line model with the external sewn finger stalls. The glove is in really good condition.

A KenWel George Selkirk model 544 glove sold for $71. A top of the line model circa 1940. A mostly pristine example. Unfortunately the ink on the wrist strap doomed it to a lowly bid.

A circa1940 Dubow Professional model 369 glove sold for a ridiculous $31. A large, top of the line model with patented finger stall design and unique triple tunnel webs. I have a fondness for the triple tunnel models of this era. A lot of different brands made super high quality examples.

A couple I missed from Hunt's Auctions.

A 1930's Rawlings Bill Doak model H3 glove sold for $599. A three finger model that rarely comes up for auction.
