Old Reach split

Cleaning up an old Reach split I found this morning. Stampings were faint and of course I was hoping for a Babe :) Well so far I can make out model ACB The signiture looks like Del .....y I'll keep working on it, but can't find anything in the catalog guide. Can anyone drop some knowledge on me :?:

Looks like a standard late 30s, brown leather two tunnel web. No patch.
