I’m losing my mind trying to identify a glove

Postby AndyhaNE » December 31st, 2019, 9:56 pm

New member here, I’ve recently acquired a glove that I cannot for the life of me find another example of anywhere and it’s driving me crazy.

I’ll upload photos to go with this post, but the main identifying features are that it is a GJ 555 model Rawlings glove, signed by Reggie Jackson flex-o-Matic Palm. Other identifying features are “The Finest in the Field!”, Deep Well Pocket, Split Well, L Heel, PAT.NO.2,995,757 and that is has Japan written underneath Rawlings Logo.

I’m starting to think it may just be a knock off, it if anyone can help confirm that I’d be much obliged.

Let me know if you need more/better photos!

welcome aboard. The glove you pictured is a medium range store model glove. New cost about $49.99. Good one to get autographed
