Appears to be a Buddy Rosar endorsed Rawlings mitt. If you can find a model number stamped in the palm it is probably "BR". Rawlings produced mitts with Rosar's endorsement from 1940 to 1952. Based on the style of the cloth Rawlings patch this one looks to be from the mid-to-late 1940's.

Adding to what Brett said, the Rosar mitt was the top line model in the early 40's and in the top 5 catchers mitts made by Rawlings in the late 40's-early 50's... Neat glove and if you would like to have the rolled web replaced, I know someone thats pretty good on them....
