A PML cleaning

I got this one because a great friend told me he had one as a kid. It cleaned up nicely. Relaced the fingers with a piece of recycled lacing and there you go. A nice Xmas surprise for my bud. [img][img][img][/img][/img][/img]IMG]

Nice job Bill. I picked up a PMM at a flea market a few weeks back. Looks a lot like your original right down to the broken laces in the same spot. Piping on mine is rougher on the back and it has a tattered cloth label.

I tossed it in a corner and forgot about it, but your photos have inspired me to give cleaning a shot. What did you use to get rid of the dark shiny areas?

Thanks,guys. Scott, I used a combination of Murphy's soap and Coors Light. It's VERY important not to get the use of those two confused. Happy scrubbing. Bill
