Between sessions of the NCAA tournament on Friday, my brother and I went up to the Sun Times show in Rosemont, Il. I had good luck previously but only picked up one item this time.
This is a Rawlings model G32 Harry Riconda glove. He's not listed in Joe's book so I wonder if this is the first one found. Glove is probably midline but well made. Stampings are pretty strong and glove is in good shape. Riconda played sporadically from 1923 to 1930 for the Philadelphia Athletics, Brooklyn Robins, Boston Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates and Cincinnati Reds (for one game!). Neat pick up at a good price.
