Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

That time of the year again. The July show is always the smallest in terms of dealers and shoppers. Today's heat/humidity didn't help the cause. Picked up 7 gloves, 5 bats and a couple jersey's. Nothing super great or super cheap today. I'll try to get some pics this week but the heat took a lot out of me today.

Turned out to be a pretty good week for me. Found a glove that instantly jumps into my top 3 favorites in my collection.

A Wm. Read & Sons padded pocket full-web glove, with a patch and an arrow strap... simply a marvelous find! Congratulations Brett! That's a cornerstone piece!!!

I second Jerry on that! Awesome glove! That makes several days of walking around in 90-95 degree weather worth it.

Nice finds Brett. I should of headed East instead of West. I have never seen that many sewn web gloves at one market in my life. What and where is Brimfield?
