Glad to be able to add these two to my collection via BIN. Thos. Wilson 644 Virgil Barnes is listed in the 1926 catalog (thanks again Source Book!) and is probably the oldest endorsed glove I have. The signature is all there but a little hard to see because of the creasing in the palm. The Lefty O'Doul glove came from the same seller a couple of months back. He's really listed some good ones the past few months. I have no idea who made the glove. Anyone have any idea?

They're both really nice, I especially like the O'Doul. Based on the 1655 model number, there's a high probability that it's a JC Higgins.

Thanks Jerry! Guess I thought that they always had that oval trademark stamped on them. Just looked thru JD's website and saw quite a few from that era that don't have that stamping. And sure enough, one was a 1655 Lefty O'Doul. Some days I'm lucky to hit 5 watts.
