Favorite 1940's gloves

Postby okdoak » February 28th, 2010, 4:50 pm

Rawlings gloves had always been at the top of my list for 1940's models, especially the Bill Doak. This MacGoldsmith Bobby Doerr I just picked up has made me rethink that, though. The leather on the MGs is so nice and supple and just feel so good on your hand. I can see why they were so popular back in the day. My other favorites in the last picture are a Hutch Ival Goodman, Wilson Ted Williams, Spalding Frank Frisch, and Bill Doak Model H.
