1) You can still use Photobucket or any other picture hosting site, copy the IMG code and paste it into the message
2) You can click on the "Upload Attachment" tab below the box where you type your post. After you click on the tab, click "browse" to find the file on your hard drive. When you have selected the file, click "Add the file". You can type a comment in the "File comment" box or leave it blank. Click on preview to make sure that it looks fine. If it does, click submit.

I'm not sure how many pictures my server will hold. I have a file size limit on the pictures of 1200 x 1200. You will need to edit the pictures on your own if they are larger than this size.
