Official Big League Bat

Postby smr1 » July 16th, 2009, 9:17 pm

Just picked this 35" bat up at a yard sale. Only marking on the bat states Official Big League. Not sure if it's a softball bat or not and not sure of the era. But - it was a 35" bat and in good shape, so what the heck.

So if anyone knows anything about it, please comment.

This is a retail model bat, but adult size. Softball bats have thin barrels so it appears this one might be baseball to me. 35" indicates it's full size adult length. Probably not an
expensive bat without any major mfg branding. But it has a great finish/patina to it. Hard to say who the manufacturer might be or the era.
