Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

Here is a nice one i picked up recently. Goldsmith model 69, the leather is extreamly soft and most of the stampings are still visable. One of the whitest gloves I have seen in a while as well. The nice old style iron cross logo stamping and button are quickly making this one of my favorites. The only thing wrong is a fray on the wrist strap piping near the button hole.
Although I love 30's and 40's Goldsmith gloves I couldn't pass on one inch web glove when I saw it at a local estate sale.

Great looking glove. I wish I could find stuff like this at my local estate sales - everything i see is crappy modern imports.
