Vintage Baseball Glove Forum

After hearing about the Mantle glove found at play it again, I decided to check the local one which has from time to time produced some decent gloves for me as well. I was pleasently surprised to find an nice
HOH Rawlings catcher mitt. It has the wrist guard attached with the model number stamped on it. The mitt is an all black PRO-WGWB
I am not familiar as I would like to be with the newer Rawlings stuff so any info on this model production dates ect.. would be appreciated.

I always seem to find a treasure at Play It Again sports once in a while. I have found a couple real nice HOH's over the past year. Sometimes they even have older (pre-war) gloves just hanging above the cash register. Never hurts to ask if they are for sale.
