THANK YOU FOR SO MUCH INFORMATION!

My Grandfather was Marine then Army Air Corps which became Air Force.
My Father was a young Teenager while in Japan and in High School

This all fits with your information. I didn't believe he was any kind of collector or had any special interest in the game even. So I didn't expect anything to be very special.
The Rawlings glove is the coolest looking thing I have seen! I appreciate all the info you have given on that.

I didn't expect to have anything amazing....I don't recall my father being a baseball player or fan for that matter.

I did want to get an idea of what I had before I did anything with them.
