Although your Rickey Henderson bashing wasn't going to be swept under the rug by me (I'm a huge Henderson fan). I seriously doubt he used roids and like Gehrig, I believe he kept himself fit. Come on man his quads were huge like a worldclass sprinter. If he did roids, I'm going to be an ostrich with his head in the sand. Plus Rickey said it himself:
