with some of the posts I've read here I'm wondering if this is a baseball or softball glove. It has no markings of any kind. Any thoughts?

I think the easiest way to determine this is softball is because the padding goes all the way up the side of the glove. The early crescent pad gloves would come from the thumb area and end at the base of the glove.
