I talked to Bob Clevenhagen (sp?) Just 2 days ago, he has been swamped. He said that the Musial playmaker model is supposed to try and be ready for market by the first of the year, and that they are still working on prototypes so that they can pull that off, I imagine the HH are in the same boat. The last time I talked to him I thought they were hoping to have the prototypes ready and done in may, but you know how that goes.

I talked with Bob Clevenhagen myself today.
He's spending the next few days in Coopers Town on a project for Rawlings and and Little Laegue Baseball he was taking some very cool gloves among them a Craig Beigio (sp?) He also said the 4 gloves he was taking are some of the best he's ever done.

He did say he is working on some special release gloves for the next year that hopes to get approved.

We talked alot about the release today of the Rawlings all time Gold Glove list. Nearly 1 million votes were cast. That was alot of fun sharing our thoughts on the list. ( they were just talking about the list about 5 minutes along on the WGN broadcast of the Cubs Gaints game).

As I spoke with Bob he was making 2 gloves for Tori Hunter for next year.
Bob is a really great guy and it's always a join to chat with him.

Take care DW,
Todd

It was recently on ebay. It sold for $999. Weird the glove didn't have the Harvey Haddix endorsement like the other player reissues.

It's a beauty. I doubt if there is a correlation, but I found this photo of Tom Tresh with an unendorsed BD in the early 1960s. Rawlings discontinued that model in 1958.

You may have something there Greg. The tag on the HH model didn't look right for 1950's. Maybe it was a vintage 1960's glove like the model BD in your photo.
