"The Bill Doak Gets 'Em" Booklet

I recently picked up this booklet, printed in 1927. I was hoping for more glove content, but it's still pretty cool. It has a forward by Branch Rickey and tips on pitching, hitting, fielding, catching, and base running by Bill Doak, Jim Bottomley, Bill Southworth, Bob O'Farrell, and Frank Frisch. Plus an ad for the current Rawlings catalog. Here's the glove stuff-

Cobb was player/manager for Detroit at that time. Maybe he was ordering gloves for the team?
Or he was doing some early Christmas shopping. Yeah, that sounds like something kindly ol' Ty Cobb would do. :lol:
