US Mint Baseball Coin

If you haven't already been alerted to this, the US mint will be issuing commemorative baseball coins on Thursday, March 27. They're really unique, the first coins minted here that are curved. It's better to simply take a look rather than for me to describe. They're really neat!

I like fact the glove actually looks like a glove and not some cartoonish creation. Like the web as well - reminds me of Some of the A2000's George Brett used back in the late 70's/early 80's

Now that is cool!! wish they had put a webless crescent or fingerless gloves on it, but hey, give them an "A" for effort, Like the contact lens shape! Makes the baseball and glove seem 3-dimensional.

Wait a minute...They are throwing us a curve!! Didn't Candy Cummings learn the curve by throwing clam shells,
AHA!! a curveball coin!!!!
